            Family Funding & Realty is a reputable company that is family oriented and dedicated to our clients and community.  In 1983, founder Don Denne earned his Real Estate license and put his business experience to work in the industry.  He has worked with several well-known Real Estate companies since that time.  In 1995 Don and his wife Bettina opened their own mortgage company, Family Funding.  Through the years this entity has evolved and grown into Family Funding & Realty, and strives to stay on the cutting edge of the industry by “thinking outside of the box” and embracing new ideas. 

One of our most exciting concepts is the combination of Real Estate and Lending.  Most brokerage houses keep these services separate and do not pay referral commissions to licensees, even though the client requires assistance in both areas.  By breaking down this barrier, Family Funding & Realty allows its licensees to receive the benefit of this closely related business.  Although most cite “conflict of interest”, the reality is that there is less of a conflict representing one client for both a loan and real estate transaction than there would be in a dual agency situation where one agent must juggle the competing interests of both a buyer and a seller.

As a Real Estate Agent, you can team up with our professional and seasoned loan officers with very little involment in Lending.  Let us do the work and you receive 25% of the gross commission for the referral. If you are currently doing Real Estate and Lending, we can set up an appointment to discuss special commission options.

Most agents have been taught to believe that earning money from both Real Estate and Lending creates a conflict of interest or is in violation of Department of Real Estate (DRE) regulations or RESPA.  On the contrary, being a Loan Officer and Real Estate Agent for a client is not a conflict and would be less of a conflict than dual agency.  Representing a client for both a Loan and Real Estate transaction allows our licensees to carefully protect the interests of their clients in every aspect of a transaction.

Real Estate Agents should recruit licensees for Family Funding & Realty. By recruiting, you make a percentage override on the gross broker check earned from the loan referrals they bring to the company.  If you want the benefit of having other licensees earn commission for you without the responsibilities of management, this is a great option.  Work to recruit Real Estate professionals and make an override on each gross broker check of loan transactions.  Earn 5% of the gross commission on each and every loan transaction that they close.  Please refer to the Recruitment section of the office policy for details.

MINIMAL FEES

Monthy fees are expensive and affect your net income. With us you will not be charged for desk fees, franchise fees, or junk fees. In addition, our company will work with you by being flexible with regard to Board of Realtors and MLS membership fees. E & O insurance premiums are based on each transaction for your protection.
